In the industry this is called a Comparative Market Analysis or CMA. We do this for you, for free. It's critical to know the "price-per-square foot" of homes that have SOLD recently in your area... this gives you a much better idea of what your home might actually sell for, as compared to only looking at the prices of homes for sale. It’s also important to compare your home to others that are truly comparable (in terms of size, number of bedrooms, age, and many other features), not to just any home that is in the same neighborhood as yours.

  • Buyers have their own timelines, which might not be yours! We make sure they don't waste your time by pre-qualifying them as to their real ability to afford your home.

  • More buyers interested in your home means more money in your pocket when it is sold. Our extensive marketing of your home assures you of maximum value. For example, this web site (and others) will market your property all across the Web. Did you know that over 80% of home buyers turn FIRST to an Internet home search before calling a REALTOR? Your home will appear on REALTOR.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Microsoft MSN HomeAdvisor, and literally DOZENS of other top national sites (many more websites than the typical REALTOR® utilizes). You may not realize that the MLS and some websites automatically broadcast listings to a few of the top national sites (such as REALTOR.com) - ask your REALTOR® what they do above-and-beyond that! We pay to advertise your home on many more websites and reach THOUSANDS more potential buyers than most REALTORS.
